Often people will complain to me about having problems and how they are interupting their day or lifestyle. Everyday there are thousands of people who have a headstone placed over their cold body and their problems are solved or left for someone else to solve.
Changing ones thinking to problems are not good or bad, they just are and you can solve them. There is no new problem that someone else has not had and solved before you encountered it. So keep a list of the questions you have and every day spend a part of the day solving problems. Get a thinking chair and spend at least four to five hours a week working on these questions with your legal pad. You will find that you don't have to spend so much time with frustration and pressing issues when you already have the solution.
Nothing is overtaking you, but what others have found answers. Eat your Problems for Breakfast
